1. Students who fail consecutively for two years in any class will be asked to leave the school. The school authorities cannot on any account re-admit them. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the staff or bad moral influence justify dismissal.
2. Any damage done to the school property will be made good by the one who has done it.
3. Students must be up to date in their work.
4. Pupils must supply themselves with all the necessary books and stationary before the re-opening of the school.
5. Pupils themselves are responsible for their books, pen, Tiffin carriers or any other study articles they may bring to school. They are not allowed to wear Jewellery.
6. Pupils absent from examination without genuine reasons and prior permission will be considered as having failed. Pupils absent from any examination will not be re-examined.
7. No textbooks note books or other papers are to be brought in to examination hall. Students found copying or using unfair means during the examination or discovered subsequently will be dealt seriously and 0 will be given in that subject.
8. The progress of a pupil is tested by means of class unit tests and term examinations. The results of these are communicated to the parent by progress cards. The parents are requested to sign and return them promptly to the school.
9. Parents are encouraged to visit the school from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on the second Saturday of every month following the distribution of reports to discuss the progress of their children with the teachers.
10. Parents or guardians and other may not enter the class to see the students or interview the teachers during school hours without the permission of the principal.
11. Parents or Guardians are expected to bring the complaints if any to the teachers.
12. Every pupil must take part in school games and other activities unless declared physically unfit or exempted by the doctor on health grounds.
13. The school cannot be held responsible for accidents, minor or major to pupils during school hours or excursions.
14. No school business will be transacted during holidays.
15. Pupils are not allowed to meet the parents or visitors or to leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the principal.
16. No gifts of any sort individual or collective to the teacher is allowed without the consent of the principal.
17. The calendar and homework dairy should be brought to school every day. If a pupil loses her/his copy she/he should buy a new one.
18. The students have no permission to wear gold ornaments. In case of loss, the school is not responsible for it.
